TBS Unify 2G4 500mW 16ch TX
- Ex Tax: 45.00€
The latest and greatest 2G4 video transmitter from the leaders in long range technology. A successor to the widely popular Lawmate 2G4 VTx with 16ch, 500mW of output power. It gives you plenty of range, without breaking the bank.
We are proud to announce a new line of video transmitters, optimized for long range and small form factor, completely redesigned and tailored for FPV use. Perfect for small multi rotor platforms or in applications where flight times are critical. It obviously works on big platforms too! We've taken this to 40km and back in prototype phase, with a regular TBS Yagi you can expect up to 15km of flyable video. The transmitter is protected by a rugged aluminum case that also acts as heat sink, making it extremely reliable, robust and crash-friendly. The sexy design rounds off an otherwise already perfect product.
When everyone was jumping to 5G8, TBS has stayed loyal to 2G4 video technology and has been flying it all around the globe, pushing this frequency to its limits and beyond. All this experience was distilled into the design of the video transmitter.
Want to fly between trees? Then fly out long distance a few feet off the deck? How about a proximity run down a steep alpine slope, in and out of LOS? That's what we do for entertainment, this is why we wanted to make a better, more affordable video transmitter. And here it is!
The TBS UNIFY line of video transmitters strives for maximum compatibility among the slew of different frequencies. If TBS Unify is on it, we've tested it with the most common receivers and we've strived for compatibility with whatever receiver you may have lying around.
The TBS 2G4 VTx, like our other transmitters, works plug and play with the CORE, CORE PNP25, CORE PNP50 or CORE PRO. It also integrates seamlessly with a variety of third party OSD's and power supplies.
This video transmitter operates on frequencies outside of the band of regular R/C video transmitters. You can therefore fly together with mates on 2G4 R/C. A few meters of clearance is enough for uninterrupted video signal, even when flying long range.
If you're into customization, this video transmitter is also for you! You can pop the PCB out of the case, solder on a tin shield and save yet another few grams and a few millimeters off the edges. We're into multirotors just like you, and we know the difference this can make! There are also another 16 undocumented frequencies alloted. If you're the sort of guy that loves to hack into your receivers, you can pick out of 16 totally unsupported frequencies, ensuring that you can be the guy flying at all times, even on the biggest meetups.
