Delivery Information

We ship worldwide for flat rate fee. Parcels are shipped via UPS Express, GLS Express or EMS (depending on location, size and weight of the parcel).
Parcels within Europe are usually delivered in 2-3 days. Shipping to countries outside of EU are usually takes from one to two weeks).
All parcels are trackable.

Return of products is possible in 14 days after  receiving of the order. Returned products must be in original packaging and in "as new" state (it means the product were not used before - this specially apply to dji products, which require activation). When activation of dji product is done, product is personalized to the buyer, warranty is running and product is not in "as new" state any more).
